Being part of the New Berlin West Band program has taught me how to lead with confidence while supporting the people around me. It gave me a place to belong and shaped my high school experience in ways I'll carry with me forever.

Being part of the Spirit of New Berlin taught me what it means to commit to something bigger than yourself. It shaped who I am and how I approach challenges. Band gave me a place where I could be myself and feel supported every single day. It made my high school experience meaningful and unforgettable.
Band Director - Kyle Fletcher
We challenge students musically while supporting them as individuals. The skills learned in marching band - discipline, teamwork and accountability - strengthen our concert ensembles and the entire music program.
Guard Director - Audrey Tevich
Guard gives students a place to belong, to be seen and to discover strength they didn't know they had. Through movement, teamwork and performance, they learn discipline, confidence, and how to trust themselves under pressure. Guard members walk in unsure and walk out taller - more expressive, more resilient, and proud of who they are and what they accomplished.
Percussion Specialist - Zak Bohte
Working with our percussion students is incredibly rewarding because they show up ready to work and push themselves every day. Their growth over the season comes from discipline, teamwork, and a real commitment to excellence. They are the heartbeat of the band.
